This is a reminder that we missed receiving your dues for your neighborhood
                association. All of us have busy schedules and you may just have over
                looked it. Also, we are anxious to distribute an updated GCCCA
                neighborhood Directory again soon and would like to include your name as
                one of the supporting GCCCA members. We continue to ask for and
                need your help and support to revitalize our association. Don’t hesitate to
                contact any of us if you have suggestions that will help strengthen our
                neighborhood association.

$25 Dues: At our last association meeting in November, it was agreed by a vote of
                the neighbors to maintain the dues at $25 per year. Please make out
