requests your support of the Deed Restrictions for Golfcrest
Country Club Civic Association. Although we believe the Deed
Restrictions are still in force, it appears Wayne County has
lost our records. Consequently, re-recording them will help
reestablish them.
Even though the words "Notary
Block" are shown on the lower left of the affidavit, it
does NOT have to be notarized by you. Please just sign and
return it.
It is imperative we receive your support
via this executed affidavit as soon as possible.

This property is located in the Golfcrest Subdivision in the
City of Dearborn, Michigan. I/We support the effort by
the Golfcrest Neighborhood Association in their legal
actions to legally restore the deed restrictions for all
property in our subdivision.
I/We further request the Wayne
County Circuit Court to
take all action possible to support restoration of the deed
restrictions. In my/our opinion, the current uncertainty
associated with the enforceability of these restrictions is
detrimental to all property in our subdivision.
Further, I/we believe I/we will suffer irreparable harm if
the deed restrictions are not enforceable.
